Terms of Service

By using Inked you agree to these terms. Inked is a platform that connects tattoo artists and clients — we facilitate discovery, communication, and booking, but we are not a party to any agreement between artists and clients.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Artists must only publish work they created and have the right to show. Impersonation, spam, and abusive behaviour lead to removal.

Bookings

Bookings made through Inkedare agreements between the artist and the client. Payment for tattoo work happens outside the platform under the artist's own conditions. Both sides may rate each other after a finished booking; ratings must be truthful.

Artist subscriptions

Artist accounts require an active subscription after the trial period. Cancelling stops future charges; profiles are hidden from search when a subscription lapses and data is retained.

Content & liability

You keep the rights to content you upload and grant Inked a licence to display it on the platform. Inked is provided “as is” — we are not liable for the outcome of tattoo sessions, artist availability, or user-generated content.
